How do I return an item?


Joycrest - The Patch Place is happy to accept returns of stock fun patches in good condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Please provide a copy of your invoice with the returned patches or the invoice number that accompanied your shipment. Exchanges are processed immediately and refunds are processed on a weekly basis.

Please note that any quantity discounts applied at the time of purchase will also be discounted from the matching return/exchange.

Due to processing costs, refunds for less than $5.00 will not be accepted.

Refunds/Exchanges are not accepted on custom-made product. We work with our clients on an individual basis to make sure they are satisfied with their custom-made products.
